Moving Laborer – $18/hr
(Crew Lead Opportunity Available Based on Performance)
Men Moving Mountains – Boone, NC
Men Moving Mountains is growing and we’re hiring motivated, dependable moving laborers to join our team.
This position starts at $18/hour.
Crew Lead positions earn $21/hour, but that role is earned through performance, leadership, and reliability during busy season.
We’re looking for individuals who want to prove themselves and grow with a respected local company.
What You’ll Be Doing
Loading and unloading household goods safely and efficiently
Wrapping and protecting furniture (blankets, shrink wrap, pads)
Packing boxes carefully and professionally
Working on residential and long-distance moves
Representing our company with professionalism in customers’ homes
What We’re Looking For
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Physically capable of lifting 75+ lbs repeatedly
Punctual and dependable
Team-oriented
Clean appearance and respectful communication
Valid driver’s license

Crew Lead roles (at $21/hour) are offered to team members who:
